AIO-5 Installation Made Easy: Explore the Best Mounting Options for Your Bike
Wondering if the AIO-5 will fit your motorcycle? You're in the right place! In this quick guide, we'll walk you through the different mounting options to help you find the best and most convenient spot for installation.

Default Mount (included)
Every AIO-5 Lite and AIO-5 Play comes with a standard handlebar mount (illustrated below), offering great versatility. With three adapter rings, you can fit the mount to round bars with a diameter of Φ22-32mm. The mount's arm provides multiple adjustment options, and the display is seated on a smaller ball (different from the 1-inch RAM standard).
BMW Nav Prep Mount
For BMW riders with the factory Navigator V and VI mounts, we've got something special. The AIO-5 Play for BMW plugs directly into this mount, giving you access to OBD data and scroll wheel control. Check out the AIO-5 Play for BMW page for more details.
ADV Mount (for crossbar)
The crossbar accessory mount is the most popular option among ADV riders. It allows you to mount your device on round bars with a diameter of Φ12~Φ16mm.
1-inch Ball Mount (RAM)
If you already have RAM mounts, you can easily integrate your AIO-5. Just get the 1-inch RAM ball that screws into the back of the device. If you're new to RAM mounts and love their simplicity and versatility, check out CHIGEE’s RAM mount options.
Sportbike Mount
This mount is perfect for the riding position of a sportbike. If your bike has a mounting hole with a diameter of 12-29.9mm, you can easily adapt this mount. It fits bikes like the BMW S1000RR, Honda CBR650R, Kawasaki Ninja 400, Z1000SX, and many others.
Mirror Mount (Threaded and Clamp)
For unique motorcycles or scooters without bars or crossbars, the mirror mount is the solution. Available in two types: threaded for M8/M10 bolts, or clamp-style for round tubes.
Native Mount for BMW R1200RT/R1250RT/K1600
This mount is designed for R1200RT / R1250RT / K1600 models with factory navigation spots above the gauges. This mount replaces the Navigator mount with a CHIGEE holder. (Note: this mount bypasses the Navigator’s power connection. For the AIO-5 Lite and AIO-5 Play, you’ll need to run standard power cables from the battery.
