How to upload logs for debugging AIO-6
How to Upload Logs for Debugging (AIO-6)
If you’re experiencing a bug or unexpected behavior on your AIO-6 Display, please follow the steps below to upload system logs. This helps the CHIGEE engineering team replicate and resolve the issue efficiently.
Check the video instruction at here
1. Enter Debug Mode
Go to the main screen of your AIO-6.
Tap 10 times on the time display in the upper-right corner.
A popup will appear: “Enter Debug Mode” — tap Confirm.
The device will automatically restart.
2. Reproduce the Issue and Upload the Logs
After reboot, a red Debug icon will appear at the top of the screen.
Recreate the exact scenario that triggered the issue.
Example: If you faced a Bluetooth connection failure, attempt to reconnect the Bluetooth device again and confirm the issue recurs (e.g., the connection fails as before).
Then Tap the Debug icon.
A popup will appear — tap Upload Logs.
The device will start searching for a Wi-Fi network.
⚠️ When reproducing an issue, please upload the debug log immediately after the disconnection occurs. Do not power the device off and on repeatedly before uploading the log. Multiple reboots will overwrite the record of the issue, making it impossible for us to analyze the problem accurately.
3. Connect to Wi-Fi and Complete Upload
Select your Wi-Fi and enter the password.
Once connected, the log upload will begin automatically.
Wait until you see the message: “Upload Successful”.
Just a quick reminder: After successfully uploading the debug log, please be sure to provide your device’s SN (Serial Number). You can find your SN code in two places: 1. On the back of the product packaging 2. On your CHIGEE display: go to Settings > About, then scan the barcode at the bottom.
InfoNote:
If you don’t have access to Wi-Fi nearby, you can use your phone’s mobile hotspot.
Log uploads consume very little data, as only text files are being transmitted.
