Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at sklep@chigee.pl. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at sklep@chigee.pl.
