Shipping Policy

1. Shipping from Poland
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Poland. The inventory shown is accurate unless otherwise stated that a product is available for pre-order.

2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

3. Shipping Costs

• Within Poland:

  • Orders up to 50 PLN: shipping cost is 20 PLN

  • Orders over 50 PLN: free shipping

• Within the EU: shipping cost is 60 PLN

• Cash on Delivery (COD): available only in Poland, with an additional fee of 20 PLN.

4. Carrier
Orders are shipped via DPD courier or to InPost parcel lockers, depending on the chosen delivery option.

5. EU Shipping
Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or taxes.

6. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package.

7. Packing Under Camera Surveillance
All packages are carefully packed under camera surveillance. In case of damage during delivery or delivery issues, please immediately report the issue to the courier and fill out a damage report.

8. VAT Invoice
If you would like a VAT invoice, please provide your VAT number during checkout. Orders with an invoice are covered by a 2-year warranty.
If you have a VAT EU number and want to purchase with VAT 0, please contact us before placing your order as this option is not available through the store.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders delivered within Poland, and only via DPD courier. The additional fee for COD is 20 PLN.
