The AIO-5 Evo does not come with an SD card — one must be purchased separately. An SD card is required for OTA firmware updates.

• No cameras: A small-capacity card (8–16 GB) is sufficient for OTA updates.
• With cameras: Choose a capacity that matches your recording needs.

⚠️ We strongly recommend using a U3-grade SD card, even for OTA updates only. Lower-quality cards may cause update failures or trigger read/write speed warnings.

There are three ways to access your recordings:

• Chigee Go App — Connect your phone to the AIO-5 Evo's Wi-Fi (range: up to 8–10 meters) and browse footage directly through the app.
• On the device — Play recordings back directly on the AIO-5 Evo's display.
• Computer — Remove the SD card and insert it into your computer using a card reader. Footage is saved in MP4 format, compatible with any standard media player.

Both the camera and display angle can be fine-tuned after mounting. To adjust the camera perspective, simply loosen the lens screws. To reposition the main unit's display angle, loosen the bracket screws.

A few deliberate engineering decisions made this possible: GPS is handled by an external module rather than a built-in one. The cameras are shared with the XR-2 series — the same 1080P 30FPS Sony STARVIS sensors — which reduced development costs without touching image quality. Internal storage was removed entirely, since anyone using a dashcam will already be running their own microSD card. BMW integration was dropped, as BMW riders typically opt for AIO-6 or AIO-5 Play anyway. And the sunrise/sunset widget is gone — though automatic brightness and day/night switching in screen mirroring mode still work perfectly.

The result is a device that does everything most riders actually need, at a price that makes it an easy decision.

Make sure your gloves are touchscreen-compatible. Gloves with rubberized fingertips or those specifically designed for touchscreen use work best. Standard fabric gloves may not register reliably on the display.
