CHIGEE Poland Store Opening Recap. One Month In

On May 30 we opened the first CHIGEE Poland store at Mazowiecka 52-68 in Toruń. Here's how the grand opening went and what the first month looked like.

When we announced the opening back in May, we promised a proper motorcycle vibe, a barbecue and the full product line-up on live demo. One month later we can safely say it turned out even better than planned.

The grand opening

From the morning on, the parking lot at Mazowiecka kept filling up with bikes: adventure machines, nakeds and tourers, everything from BMW GS models to a Honda Gold Wing. Inside, the demo stations with AIO-6, AIO-5 EVO, XR-1 and SR-1 ran all day long, and the conversations at the desks never really stopped. Add a barbecue, fresh coffee and CHIGEE goodies for the guests.

The scale got a workout

The biggest crowd-pleaser was the motorcycle scale styled after the AIO-6 screen. We weighed everything: single bikes, machines packed for a summer trip and, well, entire groups of guests at once. The record of the day was over 1,220 kg on the platform, and somehow everyone still fit in the frame.

Guests could also hop behind the wheel of the Polaris Slingshots parked outside.

One month in

After the opening, the store settled into its daily rhythm and it quickly became clear this place was needed. Every day someone stops by to see the gear live before buying, get their unit configured or book an installation, and grab a coffee in the lounge while they're at it. Some of you ride in from far away and treat Toruń as a stop on your route. That's exactly what we hoped for.

Our sticker board keeps growing too. The rule is simple: bring your sticker, leave your mark. There's still some room left.
