Action Camera Control with CHIGEE – Everything you need to know

If you use an action camera on your motorcycle, you can connect it directly to your AIO-5 or AIO-6. This is the most convenient way to control recording and quickly preview your framing while riding.

FAQ – frequently asked questions

Why doesn’t DJI support live preview (MegaView) on the CHIGEE display?
DJI does not currently provide an open live-preview protocol for third-party displays. As a result, CHIGEE can only offer remote control functions for DJI cameras. If DJI enables such functionality in the future, it may become available on AIO-5 and AIO-6.

Can I connect two cameras at the same time?
No. CHIGEE supports only one paired action camera at a time.

Why can’t I see the camera connection menu?

If you don't see the option to connect an action camera, your AIO is probably at an older firmware version, when Action camera control wasn't yet possible. Make sure your AIO-6 is running the latest software version.
