AIO-6 SIM Card Fees Explained
The AIO-6 LTE (4G) version allows users to insert a SIM card into the device, enabling features like live camera preview, location tracking, real-time weather updates, and SOS alerts with automatic emergency calling.

CHIGEE SIM Card
Each AIO-6 LTE (4G) comes with a SIM card included in the box. The card comes preloaded with 2GB of data, valid for 180 days.
When using the CHIGEE SIM card, there are no additional service fees โ the only cost is mobile data.
Data packages can be purchased directly inside the CHIGEE GO app at the following rates:

Your Own SIM Card
If you choose to use your own SIM card, 4G services require an additional subscription.
The first 180 days are free (starting from the activation date of the device), after which the following fees apply:

What Does the Service Fee Cover?
While inserting your own SIM card gives the device access to mobile data, key 4G features require more than just a data connection. They depend on CHIGEEโs cloud infrastructure for fast, stable, and secure performance.
The cloud service fee supports:
- CDN Acceleration: Ensures low-latency, stable data transmission worldwide โ essential for live tracking, video preview, and app syncing.
- Cloud Forwarding & Server Maintenance: Your data is securely processed and relayed in real time via our dedicated cloud servers, ensuring minimal delay and reliable connections across all networks.
- Core 4G Features, such as: Real-time GPS tracking, remote camera access and live preview, two-way communication between the app and device, and cloud-syncing of riding routes and incidents.
If this fee isnโt right for you, we recommend the AIO-6 WiFi model, which does not include 4G functionality and does not require this service fee.
